Since our main field is in Controlled Class C airspace and we need to comply with Transport Canada CARS Part IX rules, we are introducing a new category of membership for 2025. To encourage all qualified pilots to fly at Humber Valley, a FREE restricted membership is now available to members who will fly only Sub 250g (mRPAS) models. A full pilot membership is needed for pilots who wish to fly full size RPAS models up to 25Kg. A Sub 250g membership is restricted and allows flying smaller (under 250 gram) models, or to bechosen by those pilots who wish to continue flying while they work on getting their Advanced RPAS Certificate. Follow the instructions below to submit your membership renewal request. Pilots may upgrade their Sub 250g restricted membership to a full pilot membership during the year by paying the full member fee.

We are now accepting renewal requests for the 2025 flying season. If you have been a member in any previous year and wish to renew for 2025, please fill in the form below and we will email you back with the required payment instructions. Please follow the instructions received in the email addressed to you. Once your renewal has been processed, you will receive additional information on how to download your membership card and gain access to our website and field. If you are not a member for the current year (2024) and you renew after September 1st, your payment will be processed for the remainder of 2024 and all 2025.

NOTE: Our 2025 membership fee structure is given below. After we receive your renewal request you will receive an email with payment instructions. You may pay by eTransfer (preferred), cheque or cash. Our new Sub 250g membership category is FREE! However, if you wish to support of the club financially given the challenges we have faced over the past two years, we would gratefully accept any amount you wish to donate.

Please note all membership renewal requests are subject to approval by the executive. If your application has been approved and payment accepted, you will receive an email with the details. In the unlikely case that your membership renewal request was rejected, we will issue a check with the amount you paid and will mail it back to you.
