Apr 10/24: Field open for Advanced RPAS flying

Since we are located in a controlled airspace, our field is now open for those pilots who already obtained their Advanced RPAS certification. Those who are still working on it, are encouraged to get certified as soon as possible, so they can start flying at our field.
