AGM Zoom meeting

Dear Humber Valley Member
Please join us for our Club meeting on Wednesday which will also be our Annual General Meeting (AGM).
At this meeting we will elect the club executive for 2022 and also approve our operating budget for the new season.
Hope you can make it. If you have not renewed your membership for 2022, you may not vote at the AGM.
If you have renewed for 2022 and cannot make the meeting but would like to give your voting proxy to someone else, instructions for submitting your proxy are in the Jan/Feb Flyer attached for your convenience.
