Like most organizations dealing with the post COVID-19 pandemic reality, in-person meetings which were popular before 2019, are largely out of favor with our current membership. However, we do hold Zoom meetings during the winter months when issues of importance come up that should be discussed with our members. We still hold one in-person meeting each year in February for the purposes of conducting our Annual General Meeting (AGM). At the AGM, we review the past flying season, review and approve the club’s financial statements for the previous year and budget for the coming year and elect club executives for the next year. This has taken some getting used to but now seems to be working out well for most members. If you are a member, you will be notified of upcoming meetings by email. We typically schedule meetings to be held on the first Wednesday of December, February, and March. There is no January meeting due to the holidays.
